Conceptual Design |
|---|---|---|
The Conceptual Design phase is the first phase at the start of a project where ideas and illustrations are the dominant tools used. From a napkin sketch to reference photographs, ideas are captured and organized to provide a sense of concept direction. When ADE is contracted to conceptually design water features, the reaction is amazing. ADE's design team uses the latest in technologies including animation design to give the client the true intent. |

Schematic Design |
The Schematic Design process defines the general scope and further defines the Conceptual Design of a project. This process includes the review of scale and relationships between aquatic features, building components, and related utilities. These processes provide a preliminary look at sizes and volumes of features and equipment requirements, as well as utility and opinion of cost information. |

Design Development / Detailed Design |
The Design Development stage is where design decisions begin to be worked out in greater detail. A clear and coordinated description of all aspects of the design including Architectural, Mechanical, Plumbing, and Electrical Systems is prepared to provide a basis for the preparation of Construction Documents. This drawing package is commonly used as a tool for early pricing confirmation. |

Construction Documentation / Final Detailed Design |
Construction Documents set forth the detailed requirements for construction. They consist of Drawings and Specifications. Drawings are the illustrative component of Construction Documents, whereas Specifications are written requirements pertaining to building materials, equipment, and construction systems that outline the standards to be met in the construction of a project. ADE prides itself on the quality and detail of its Construction Documents, through which ADE provides a level of detail which allows very little room for misunderstanding. |

Construction Administration / Management Services |
The Construction Administration phase of a project is the process wherein ADE acts in the capacity of an agent of the owner, and oversees phases of construction to ensure conformity of what is being built with the construction documents, specifications, and standards. ADE offers Construction Management services as well . This is where ADE sends its most valuable Construction Managers to oversee labor and use the resources from local contractors to ensure quality. ADE performs these services anywhere outside the USA. |

Commissioning Services |
This is where ADE performs a full diagnostic after a project is completed to ensure that the maintenance division for the owner / client is fully trained and ready. |
