The Fountains, a Bluegreen Resort is set on 54 acres of natural landscape on the banks of Lake Eve on International Drive in Orlando, Florida. The location allows guests access to a unique rural get away while maintaining convenient access to the attractions, world class shopping, and a variety of dining options. The expansive resort layout offers a variety of on-site amenities including pool areas, volleyball courts, a playground, lake activities, or one of the on-property bars. The two bedroom villas offer all of the latest conveniences and provide guests with a home away from home.
.ADE provided services for two separate phases of this development. In phase one ADE provided services for the indoor/outdoor pool, wading pool and spa. In phase two ADE provided services for the large lagoon pool with zero-entry play area and multiple waterslides, spas, and interactive water feature. These services included: hydraulic, structural, filtration and feature pumping systems, chemical systems, heating, underwater lighting and utility coordination services.
