Walt Disney World’s Polynesian Resort is an escape to the South Pacific located on the shore of Disney’s Seven Seas Lagoon just South of the Magic Kingdom. As a stop on the monorail loop connecting the EPCOT and Magic Kingdom parks, guest are invited to slow down and relax in the aura of the South Seas islands provided at this luxiourious resort. The Polynesian is famous for its recreation of French Polynesia and its family style buffet restaurant Ohana. Aquatic Design and Engineering is proud to have worked with Todd Hill, Principal of EDAW/AECOM, in designing this playful resort pool which incorporates a themed volcano feature. |

ADE provided services for the “volcano” themed lagoon pool, spa, interactive water feature, stream and fountain features. These services included: hydraulic, structural, filtration and feature pumping systems, chemical systems, heating, underwater lighting and utility coordination services. |
